A Second Look: Baracknophobia: Hannity, Bachmann, And Beck Terrified Of Obama (VIDEO)

via Baracknophobia: Hannity, Bachmann, And Beck Terrified Of Obama (VIDEO).

Jon Stewart took on people “speaking crazy to power last night.” Rep. Michele Bachmann recently said that President Obama is going to put our children in reeducation camps, and Sean Hannity congratulated her for her crusade against tyranny. Stewart followed this clip up with a litany of moves the Bush administration made to reduce American freedom, transparency, and state’s rights, and said the pair were confusing “tyranny” and “losing.”

But that’s not all: Andrew Breitbart went on Sean Hannity’s show and blamed Obama for his kids’ school using the term “Potato Day” instead of “St. Patrick’s Day.” Stewart pointed out that this request probably didn’t come from Obama himself, and that Potato Day is much more offensive than St. Patrick’s Day.

John Stewart refers to loosing the election as “It’s supposed to taste like a s**t taco!”

Hilarious video!

A Second Look: Tea Party Video: Right-Wing Tax Protests Caught On Tape

via Tea Party Video: Right-Wing Tax Protests Caught On Tape.

Hundreds of tea party protests are scheduled in cities and towns across the country for tax day. But the curious don’t need to wait till April 15 to get a sense of what these protests might be like. Several events happened on Feb. 27, less than two weeks after CNBC’s Rick Santelli howled about irresponsible government spending and called for a Chicago tea party in an impromptu rant. And several people brought video cameras to those events. Herewith, a roundup of some of the best vids, which hopefully provide clues for what to expect on tax day:

Vids in a minute. First of all let me say that the “tea-party” tax protesters seen in the video no doubt make under the $250,000.00 threshold for the tax roll-back. Their taxes will not be affected one cent. The whole point of them protesting taxes is moot.

Secondly in importance of what needs to be said is the fact that the national debt being protested was accumulated under George W. Bush.

Thirdly, Obama’s budget seems large, but he has promised transparency, and an end to the budget gimmickry that Bush pulled. The best interview is with the lady who stumbles on the question about the national debt if it were Republicans that raised it to the point of where it is now.

The best part of this video is the woman (Starts at about 2:30. Keep watching, she’s on about three times.) being questioned about exactly who got us into this mess. She says something to the effect of there’s no use in pointing fingers, yet there she is at a protest. Isn’t that what protests are for? Pointing fingers?

A Second Look: Ex-bishop accused of running Ponzi scheme – U.S. business- msnbc.com

via Ex-bishop accused of running Ponzi scheme – U.S. business- msnbc.com.

AURORA, Colo. – A former bishop in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints allegedly operated a Ponzi scheme from his suburban Denver home for about 15 years, bilking investors out of millions of dollars to collect religious art and classic cars.

April 8, 2009: Deputy U.S. Marshals and U.S. Postal Inspectors seize an automobile from the home of Shawn R. Merriman in Aurora, Colo.

A lawsuit filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Denver by the Securities and Exchange Commission alleges Shawn Merriman, an unlicensed broker, collected up to $20 million from investors in several states to support a lavish lifestyle.

It’s not just mormons. It’s organized religion as a hole. You have a evangelical christian leader snorting coke and having gay sex with the dope dealer, you have catholic priests buggering the alter boys, TV evangelists with whores.

Now there are some Holy Cross priests who help run the University of Notre Dame protesting the invitation of the President of the United States to come and speak because he believes women should have the same sexual choices as men and should be free to choose whether to have a family or not.

This is coming from an organization that compels their male priests to be celibate and are shocked when they learn that these men succumb to their perverted sexual desires and molest young boys.

And people still listen to them?

The catholic church, along with all the other religions, has no credibility. They lost their moral high-ground covering up the crimes of the priests. They cannot speak out against anything, let alone the President.
